Flat Lay
Photography

Flat lay photography is captured through a bird’s eye view with organized objects all put together pleasingly to tell a story. For my flat lay I chose to make a Gundam plastic model work space because it is one of my favorite hobbies in this world. It is very satisfying to do and it’s like a reward when you finish building it. I am not a professional when it comes to it but it is still fun for me to do. To me these objects are very significant to me because they represent a special part of my life and the tools help me create my hobby. My photoshoot was successful because it had perfect lighting and I had a good blank background with a clean work mat (compared to my other mats). The editing was successful and I was able to play around with lightroom once more. Next time I would want to color coordinate it a little more and would actually like to add a mask on the plastic model to make it a little more brighter and easier to look at.
